DANA deposit and withdrawal

DANA is one of our fastest payment rails for Indonesian account holders. To deposit via DANA on guci, navigate to the Deposit page, select DANA, and enter your desired amount. guci displays a confirmation code and redirects you to the DANA app or mobile browser. Log in with your DANA credentials and authorize the payment. The funds credit your guci account within subject to verification; most deposits arrive instantly during peak hours. Withdrawal to DANA follows the same process in reverse — select DANA on the Withdrawal page, confirm your account details, and submit. The transfer reverses to your DANA wallet within subject to verification. DANA supports descriptive amount ranges; check the deposit page for current minimum and maximum limits. If a DANA transaction does not complete, check your DANA app for any security prompts or pending authorizations. Contact guci support with the transaction ID if the issue persists beyond subject to verification.

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are popular e-wallet alternatives for guci deposits and withdrawals. Both require account binding and KYC verification to process transactions. On your first OVO deposit, guci requests your phone number and a one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered phone. Confirm the OTP, and OVO account binding is complete — future deposits skip this step. GoPay uses a similar binding flow. Once bound, deposits appear within subject to verification depending on network load. Withdrawals to OVO or GoPay also observe the same windows. Both wallets are widely used across Indonesia, with good coverage in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. If you forget your OVO or GoPay PIN, you must reset it via the respective app before attempting a guci transaction. guci does not store your OVO or GoPay password — only a secure token that confirms your binding. You can unbind your account from the Account Settings page at any time and rebind a different OVO or GoPay number.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual-account (VA) deposits offer a stable alternative for larger or recurring transfers. On guci, select "Bank VA" and your preferred bank — BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI. guci generates a unique 16-digit VA code specific to your account. Transfer funds from your personal bank account or mobile banking app to that VA code. The deposit confirms within 2–4 business hours during banking hours; weekend and holiday transfers may take longer. Virtual-account withdrawals reverse to your source bank account, not the VA code. To withdraw, submit a request on the Withdrawal page, confirm your bank account details, and wait for processing. Bank withdrawals typically complete within subject to verification but may extend during high-volume periods or outside banking hours. VA deposits and withdrawals are popular for amounts above a few hundred thousand rupiah because they bypass e-wallet daily limits and offer bank-grade security. Once a VA code is generated, it remains active indefinitely — reuse it for future deposits without regenerating.

Fees, limits and verification

guci does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees — all fees are absorbed by our payment partners and reflected in their published rates. Deposit minimums start at a few thousand rupiah for e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS) and higher for bank VA (typically our welcome offer or more). Withdrawal minimums are the same as deposits. Maximum limits vary by payment method and are listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages. All account holders undergo KYC verification before the first withdrawal — this includes uploading a government ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and confirming your registered phone number. Verification typically completes within subject to verification but may be delayed during peak hours or if your ID image is unclear. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw freely without re-verification unless we request updated information for compliance reasons. If verification is delayed, contact support to provide additional details or resubmit your ID.

Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit or withdrawal stalls on guci, first check your account transaction history and the respective payment app (DANA, OVO, GoPay, or your bank). Look for any pending notifications or security prompts requiring your action. If the payment app shows the transaction as "successful" or "completed" but your guci account has not yet credited, wait 5–10 more minutes — processing delays are common during peak hours. If the payment app shows "failed" or "cancelled," no money has left your wallet; you can retry from the Deposit page. For transactions pending longer than subject to verification, open a support ticket on guci with your transaction ID (visible in your payment app or email receipt) and a screenshot of the failed or pending state. guci support escalates the case to your payment provider and investigates whether funds were sent but not received on our side, or if the payment method rejected the request. Resolutions typically include reprocessing the transaction or full refund within 24–48 hours. Bank VA withdrawals under review longer than 1 hour may indicate a mismatch in your registered bank account details — confirm your details on the Withdrawal page and resubmit if needed.
